No. If you already use QuickBooks Online, we can work with your existing file. If you are not using QuickBooks Online yet, we can discuss whether it is the right fit for your business.
Most bookkeeping work is completed on a monthly schedule. The exact timing depends on your transaction volume, the services included in your custom quote, and how quickly required documents or information are provided.

Pebble Bookkeeping focuses on bookkeeping support. GST/PST coding can be reviewed, and GST/PST summary and detail reports can be prepared for review. Income tax filing and accounting advice should be handled by a qualified accountant or tax professional.
For the free assessment, you only need to provide basic business information and a general overview of your bookkeeping needs. You do not need to provide bank login details, full financial records, or sensitive documents at this stage.
If we decide to work together, any additional records or bookkeeping access needed for service setup will be discussed after the service agreement is in place.
